Shipping delays can occur due to ongoing SALES.
All orders are shipping from Vilnius, Lithuania (EU) within 1-5 working days of purchase, except if specified otherwise in item description. We ship your orders from Monday to Friday.
Please note that some of our knits are PRE-ORDER. A knitting of PRE-ORDER items may take up to 14 working days.
Free worldwide shipping for all orders over 200€.
Worldwide Standard Shipping is provided by FedEx, delivery time: 2-7* working days. Standard Shipping price: EU countries - 15€; the rest of the world - 17€.
Worldwide Express Shipping is provided by FedEx, delivery time: 1-3* working days. Express Shipping price: EU countries - 25€; the rest of the world - 30€.
*Delivery times are targets only - it may take longer depending country to country. Once your order is shipped, we will send you tracking number.
Free shipping in Lithuania for all orders over 170€.
Shipping in Lithuania is provided by LP EXPRESS, Venipak and DPD post terminals and Venipak courier. Delivery time: 1-4 working days. Delivery price under 170€ is 3€ by post terminals and 5€ by Venipak courier.
Returns:
If you want to return something, just email us at info@salanida.com. Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or lost packages:
Contact us if the package arrives to you damaged, please snap a few photos of it and send us an email with the documentation. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost in transit, please contact us right away at info@salanida.com.

Prices:
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include Lithuanian VAT of 21%. Please note that depending on your order and country, on receipt of your order you will be liable to pay local import charges (customs duty, sales tax).

Refunds:
As soon the return have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued automatically within 10 working days to your credit card or original method of payment less any taxes or import duties incurred. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
