We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated, and enthusiastic Sales Manager / Consultant for a part-time, long-term position.

We offer a creative, aesthetic, and welcoming work environment at the SALANIDA studio located in Naujamiestis, Vilnius. We are seeking a responsible, quick-learning, proactive, and extroverted individual who is eager to grow, evolve, and co-create alongside our brand.

Your Responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional customer service and driving active sales at the studio.
• Shaping visual merchandising and studio displays (layout, aesthetics, and presentation).
• Managing e-commerce orders via Shopify.
• Packing and dispatching orders.
• Operating the cash register.
• Maintaining the overall cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the studio.

We Expect You to Have:

• Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce, and visual merchandising.
• A strong passion for fashion, an eye for style, and an understanding of visual presentation.
• Excellent communication skills, an extroverted personality, proactivity, and the ability to take ownership.
• The ability to learn quickly, work independently, and see the bigger picture.
• A love for interacting with people and building long-term relationships with customers.
• Prior experience working with a fashion or lifestyle brand is a major advantage.

Studio Working Hours:

• Mon-Fri: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Sat: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
• This role involves working every second Saturday.

What We Offer:

• Salary: 1400 – 1800 EUR* (Gross / Before taxes) + sales bonuses.
